There are extensive terraces and a private pool. Private car parking space. It is on the outskirts of town so approx. 1.5 km from flag beach and about 2 to 2.5 km from Corralejo centre.

Leave the airport by following the signs for Corralejo.
Proceed directly on, passing two hotels called Riu Oliva Beach and Riu Tres Islas (in the middle of the sand dunes on the right-hand side of the road) until you come to what looks to be the start of the resort.
You will see Corralejo town in front. as you come to the first few buildings the road bears to the left, follow this road until the first roundabout. At the roundabout take first exit (right).
Follow road along and you will see magnolias on your left so take next possible left U-turn. You are now coming back on yourself.
Take the first SMALL entrance after las dunas complex and before large car park entrance into magnolia… it takes you back slightly and you will straight in front of you a parking space for your house - number 31. please use this Go to the way in and turn right and up some steps.. you will see number 31 in front (to the right) and it is painted a browner colour than the rest.
